3. Tutors

a. Course Creation: Tutors can create and publish courses on the Platform.

b. Content Guidelines: Tutors must adhere to content guidelines specified by Skill Expert, including but not limited to, guidelines regarding intellectual property, inappropriate content, and prohibited activities.

c. Compensation: Tutors may receive compensation based on the terms agreed upon between the tutor and Skill Expert.

4. Students

a. Course Enrollment: Students can enroll in courses available on the Platform.

b. Payment: Students may be required to pay fees for certain courses, and such payments are subject to Skill Expert's payment policies.

5. Platform Usage Guidelines

a. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that violate the law, infringe on the rights of others, or breach these terms and conditions.

b. Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Skill Expert and others. Any use of content from the Platform must comply with applicable laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

a. Mediation/Arbitration: Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Skill Expert's dispute resolution policy.
